In DIY Furniture, Wall Shelves/Storage

This DIY console table is one of the final pieces of furniture I made for my master bedroom.  I wanted the console table to fit the style of the other furniture I made for my bedroom (See my West Elm inspired bed and bookshelf, Mid-Century night stands, wall shelf, and display shelf).

My master bedroom is on the smaller side, so I made the table narrow.   I also wanted the table to hide unsightly but necessary equipment like the router and modem.

To finish the table, I used white paint for the frame and Rust-Oleum Kona stain for the doors.

I placed the console table under the TV mounted on the wall.  The table really is a great space saver, and I love the way it looks.  Next week, I will share the project plans I created to make this console table.
